The terms and conditions for use of the sabfabisco website are detailed below and should be read carefully. We may vary these terms from time to time and therefore you should check them before you make a new purchase.
Please note, any use of this website or purchase made through this website constitutes an agreement to abide by the terms and conditions detailed below which shall override any other terms and conditions. Any contracts or agreements formed between you and us by means of this website shall be governed and construed according to English law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Online Shopping
We have taken care in presenting the products on our website as accurately as possible. The images you see will depend on your monitor's display and colour capabilities. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. Online Shopping
Orders
Once you have completed an online purchase, we will send you an email confirming the order details and our acceptance of your order. At that point a binding agreement will exist between us under these terms and conditions. We will take payment for your order immediately and goods will not be despatched until receipt of payment. Whilst we are under no obligation to accept your order, we would normally do so where (i) the product is available, (ii) the order reflects current pricing and (iii) your credit card/debit card payment is approved by your credit card/debit card company. Unfortunately we cannot accept orders from persons under the age of 18. Orders can be placed via our customer service line on 020 7281 2072, Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
When can I expect my orders to arrive?
All orders received through sabfabisco.com are processed and, if the stock is available, dispatched within 5 to 7 working days of receiving the order. Therefore, depending on the availability of stock, your products will usually be with you in just a few days. With products that have a longer delivery time of 72 hours you will be contacted personally by a member of the Trofish Team to arrange a convenient delivery time. Any product that is out of stock is displayed as such on the website and you will not be able to order that product until it is back in stock.
If you wish you can provide us with an alternative delivery address.
Why would my contact address be different to my delivery address?
In some instances the items you order will be delivered by courier. If no one will be able to sign for the goods at your contact address you may wish to send the goods to an address where someone will be able to accept the goods during normal business hours (i.e. a work address).
If the items you order are intended for a gift you may wish to have the goods delivered directly to the gift recipient, but have the receipt sent to your own address.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
You may only track an order that has been dispatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery and if a consignment number has been provided. To track the order after despatch simply sign-in to your account information page and then click on "track a recent order". If a consignment number appears against an item(s) in your order, simply click on the number and you will be directed to the Royal Mail web-site where you can see the delivery status of your order.

Prices and charges
We try to ensure that all product information and pricing displayed on this website is correct and up to date at the time you place an order. We verify pricing at despatch and in the event of an error the following policies will apply:
• Actual price lower than price shown at time of ordering - in this instance we will charge you the lower amount and despatch the product.
• Actual price higher than price shown at time of ordering - in this instance and at our discretion, we will either contact you to discuss whether you wish to continue with the order, or cancel the order and send you an email confirming the cancellation.
• All prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT.
• All delivery charges are shown as a separate line item on the order summary page. For full details of our delivery charges please refer to the Delivery section.
Availability
All products and/or services displayed on this website are subject to availability. Prices of products may change from time to time. We confirm availability & price at the time your order is placed. If a product is unavailable when we come to despatch your order, we will contact you either by phone or email.
Payment
Payment Methods
We will contact your payment card company for authorisation when you place your order. Your payment card will then be debited on receipt of order. We accept the following cards for payment: American Express, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and Visa. The total amount you pay is unaffected, regardless of the payment method used.
We take every reasonable care to ensure that your order and subsequent transactions are conducted in a secure environment. If products are not available for any reason after we have accepted your order, we will let you know. We will not charge you for these products and will refund any amounts already paid (if any) by way of a credit to your credit card/debit card account.
Contact details
Our primary method of communication with you is by email. Therefore please ensure the e-mail address you provide us with is correct. All order and dispatch confirmations will be sent to the e-mail address you provide. In the unlikely event of a problem with your order, we will contact you by telephone. Again, please ensure the contact telephone numbers you provide are accurate.

You may return merchandise purchased at Tromed.com if it meets the guidelines below.
Guidelines
You may return merchandise to a Tromed.com by mail to our return center. All returns must be made in original condition and include all accessories. You will receive a credit for your purchase only if it meets the criteria below.
7-Day Return Period
Seven days from the date merchandise was received, refunds are available on the remainder of our products (see exceptions below).
Exceptions
The following items are not returnable:
• Any merchandise that may have come into direct contact with the human body or has been worn cannot be returned or exchanged. Items such as, but not limited to, incontinence, hand splints, commodes, raised toilet seats, diabetic & ostomy supplies, hospital beds & bed accessories, ultra lightweight wheelchairs, lift chairs, monitoring system equipment, wound care, nutritional products and bath safety products and other medical supplies and products that are for single-use.
• Items shipped directly from manufacturer. 
• Labor and/or installation services Items that are abused 
• Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. If the item is damaged or defective, please see details below. 
• Some Equipment items are not routinely normally stocked by us and based on the manufacturer's return policy, may not be returned for credit. 
• Unfortunately, but currently we do not offer any returns for purchases made from our eBay store.

Restocking Fee
A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returns or exchanges. A 35% restocking fee will be charged on special order products. These fees apply unless the item is defective or damaged or you received the wrong item. In this case only exchanges will be allowed with the authorization by Tromed.com.
Large quantity purchases
We strongly recommend try and feel one item before placing order for large quantity.

If you are not exactly sure what you are buying, and you are planning to place order of the large quantity, please buy one item for your review.

When you see and feel that it is the item that you need, then we will be happy to process your order for the large quantity.

We will not be able to accept any returns or exchanges for large quantity orders unless items sent were defective.
Shipping cost
For all item(s) or orders that received free shipping; actual shipping cost to your destination will be deducted. Tromed .com will only pay return shipping costs if returned items shipped due to our error otherwise return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee
A missing item or damaged product fee will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in "like new" condition).
Promotional Items
Any product that is returned without a promotional item(s) included with the original transaction, will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the refund amount. For all item(s) or orders that received free shipping; actual shipping cost to your destination will be deducted.
Return Merchandise Authorization
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained through email in order to insure accuracy and fast processing for all returns. 
• To receive your RMA number simply e-mail us info@tromed.com . Please include your order and account number, your name and contact information. 
• We do accept any returns in our corporate headquarters listed on our site. You will be provided with the return address along with your RMA number. 
• Item(s) being returned must be returned within 5 days of receiving your Return Authorization Number. 
• Items sent without an RMA number cannot be credited. 
• Cancellations: If you cancel your order after it has already shipped we consider it a return and the above policies apply.


Refer a Friend Terms & Conditions
The voucher is valid for three months from the date the voucher is emailed to you. The voucher has a face value of 10% of your first order. Only one voucher can be used per transaction. The voucher is not valid in conjunction with any other promotional offer. The voucher is not transferable or assignable and has a cash redemption value of £0.0001 which cannot be exchanged or part exchanged for cash payment.
Normal terms and conditions for using www.Sabfabisco.com apply except when they conflict with these terms and conditions.
The voucher cannot be used to purchase gift certificates, or used against the value of postage and packing, delivery and gift wrap charges.
This voucher cannot be used retrospectively to pay for orders already purchased.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
